WP4 – Develop methods for purification and stabilisation of HCAs
WP4 will cover upgrading of the whole extracts to specific high value hydroxycinnamic acids (natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory compounds) targeting high purity and stabilisation of the compounds to make them more suitable for use in food, feed, and cosmetic products.
