WP5 – Extraction and purification of protein, lipids hemicellulose sugars from green halophytes
The main objective of WP5 is to provide a complete green fractionation process for halophytic biomass, which will include optimization of the following steps: juicing, separation of lipids, protein and free sugars as well as extraction of phytochemicals from the juice and fiber fraction.
